Damage / Claims:
If your order does arrive damaged, you must take the entire order (all contents and all original packing material) to your local U.S. Post Office to file a claim. The U.S. Post Office will send the claim to us for processing. Do not repack and do not mail the damaged items back to us. Doing so will void U.S. Post Office and UPS insurances and we will not be able to give you a refund if the PO or UPS denies the claim.
All items are sold as-is so please ask any questions prior to purchasing any item. Returns are accepted within 10 calendar days of shipment; only if the item ordered was substantially misrepresented.
Old Town Antiques must approve any return. Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a refund if the item was returned in the same condition, as it was when it was sent to you. Any
items returned to us without prior contact and agreement, will NOT be refunded. We cannot accept returns of items damaged after your receipt, by breakage, loss of stones or other parts, by application of testing acids or attempts to clean or polish.

Is shopping on our site secure? PayPal uses industry-leading technology and automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs, using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Our website hosting is also encrypted to this level, thus providing complete security for our clientele. In the final checkout process your browser will be re-routed to PayPal. A PayPal account is not required when checking out. If you do not have a PayPal account, click on “Pay With Debit or Credit Card” and follow the prompts.
